Music, gigs and merch for 2025!

Good morning! I said that I wouldn’t bombard you with emails when you signed up, so I have been saving info up for a bumper email. There’s news for you on new music, lots of gigs and all new merch, so let’s crack on!
Overspill Estates EP

The beautiful Overspill Estates purple vinyl
The Overspill Estates EP - featuring 4 songs left over from the Your Community Hub sessions - has arrived with Castles In Space, and will be released in stores and on Bandcamp in April 2025. Eagle eyed viewers will have already noted one track from the recent Electronic Sound cover disc.
These four tracks were part and parcel of the whole Your Community Hub album for months until a late burst of creativity gave us A Shared Sense Of Purpose and Rapid Transport Links. It seemed unfair to leave these tracks on the cutting room floor.
I don’t know when preorders will be up at record stores, it’ll be out in April and is limited to 1,000 copies on the beautiful purple and cream fade vinyl, as seen above.
Autumn tour 2025

I’m delighted to announce the first 10 live dates of my Autumn 2025 tour of the UK. Four dates are still to be added, but we’ll reveal all soon. This is my biggest and most intense tour to date - I’ve usually done this many gigs across a year, rather than condensed into a month.
There are some new towns being visited, new venues and some old favourites. The tour kicks off on 10 September at Sidney & Matilda in Sheffield, before heading on to Just Dropped In record store in Coventry, The Trades Club in Hebden Bridge, The Edge of the Wedge in Portsmouth.
The tour then runs through Nottingham Boat Club, first used as a gig venue by the Sex Pistols, before heading to the Stoller Hall in Manchester. This will be the biggest date of the tour, and I’m planning something special for it.
The tour finishes with a tour of the north, with gigs at Nice N Sleazy in Glasgow, The Mash House in Edinburgh and The Common Room Of The Great North in Newcastle upon Tyne.
The last date sees me return to Rich Mix in Shoreditch, London.
Support on the tour comes from a range of artists, including Kayla Painter, Jo Johnson and The Mistys.

Merch

Lastly, some of you have been asking for more merch, and I’ve created an online store at shop.warringtonruncorn.com. This is a print-on-demand supplier, much like Redbubble, for instance. This has the double advantage of not filling my garage with t-shirts, and being better at stock control and postage than I am. There’s a range of designs, and they’re available on t-shirts, hoodies and even, in some cases mugs and stickers.
As with all of these things, you can find out more by visiting warringtonruncorn.com.
Anyway, until next time, ta ra chuck!
